
Trail to Lead Client Services for AMR
(Lexington, KY) – AMR Management Services (AMR) has appointed Matthew Trail as its vice president of client services. In this newly created position, Trail will be responsible for the overall management of service delivery to AMR's full-service and a la carte clients.

Trail most recently served AMR, and its client partners, as the director of the National Association of State Procurement Officers (NASPO) and previously served as assistant director for the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO).
Prior to joining AMR, Trail served three years with the Mountain Association for Community Economic Development as Director of Sustainable Communities, and three years as Administrative Director at Telluride Association. He holds a BA degree in Russian and Soviet Studies from Cornell University and an MA degree in Political Science from the University of California.
AMR provides executive management, conference and event management, technology, and creative services for full-service and a la carte clients, which include both non-profit organizations and for-profit firms.
