Association Professional Liability Insurance (APLI) covers lawsuits resulting from errors and omissions and includes Employment Practices Liability. By insuring one client in the APLI program, your management company is automatically covered for FREE. If a client is not ready to be insured, purchase the APLI coverage for $1,000 immediate protection. As soon as the client enrolls in the AMC Institute – APLI program, you will receive a refund.
Business Owners Protection (BOP) is designed to provide a convenient all-in-one package that gives the full complement of coverage that associations and AMCs require. Several coverages, including property, liability, commercial auto, crime and umbrella liability, can be customer crafted into one policy.
Conference Cancellation Insurance (CCI) protects your client's meetings from the unexpected: fires, strikes, adverse weather, earthquakes, hurricanes, and power failures. This comprehensive coverage provides for lost revenue and additional expenses from unexpected disruptions.
Worker's Compensation insures against claims for work-related injuries or diseases suffered by employees that are compensable by statute and/or imposed by law as damages.
Legal Updates: AMC Institute's legal counsel, Hugh Webster of Webster, Chamberlain and Bean, provides AMC Institute members with quarterly newsletters filled with valuable information to help AMCs and their clients. He also is available, on a limited consulting basis, to AMC Institute members.
